Insurance
We accept Delta Dental Premiere.
If you provide us with your dental insurance information, we will gladly to call your insurance company to verify your coverage and type of plan you have. We will also file your claim for any treatment that is rendered in our office. While we cannot guarantee insurance payment, we will estimate your insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket expenses you may incur to the best of our ability prior to services being rendered.
We require that your portion for services be paid prior to the time that services are rendered. Your portion would include deductibles and any non-covered procedures.
No Insurance? No Problem!
We offer an "In-Office Discount Plan" for our patients who do not have Dental Insurance coverage.

Financing
CareCredit
We have partnered with several financing institutions to make dental treatments affordable to our patients, including CareCredit. To find out if you qualify for Care Credit, please call our office and we will be happy to assist you with the "Pre-Approval" process, or you can follow the link to complete a Care Credit application now:
